Birthday Blooms, Blues, and Brews

Hey sugas 💌

Whew—April came in swinging. Somewhere between the storms and the sunshine, I find myself swimming in the full range of my feelings leading up to my 35th birthday: the joy, the weirdness, the unexpected nostalgia, and a few blues too.

If you’ve ever laughed through tears as your birthday looms or questioned every life decision in the midst of transition—you’re not alone. That’s exactly where I’ve been living lately. A little bloomed out, a little tender, yet deeply grateful.

💐 Bloom Check

Let’s celebrate some tiny (but mighty) wins from the past two weeks:

  • Said no to things that didn’t feel aligned ✔️

  • Reimagined some old projects with a fresh perspective ✔️

Which leads me to this...

🍵 Tea for Two is Back!

Yep. You read that right. The cozy, candid, low-key chaotic live conversation series is making its return.

Think:
✨ open-hearted convos
🎙️ stream-of-consciousness storytelling
🫖 wellness musings over a hot cup
👀 behind-the-scenes on healing, creating, and surviving in this the world

Tune in May 1st, and every other Thursday after, for some very special guest chats (and maybe even a tea-tasting or two). Patrons and subscribers will get early access + replays!

🎉 Save the Date: Private Garden Party → May 10th

Pen Pals, be on the lookout for your invitation to a private birthday celebration happening Saturday, May 10th.

It’ll be part sacred circle, part soft social, part collective exhale. There will be:

  • A cozy in-person setup for locals (more details coming soon!)

  • A curated tea guide for those attending virtually

  • Time for reflection, toasts, and visioning our next bloom season together

RSVP link will drop in the first week of May, Pen Pals (Patrons) get the details first.

🎶 Blues, Brews, and That Middle-of-the-Month Mood

If you’re riding the same emotional waves I’ve been on, here’s your reminder: You can bloom and feel blue at the same time. You can love your life and still crave change. You can sip something warm and still spill a little. You can grieve and be grateful at the same time.

This is recovery. This is rebirth. This is the work. And honestly? It’s also the magic.

Drop a comment or message me if you have a birthday coming up—or if you’ve got tea suggestions for the relaunch! And if nobody’s told you lately: you’re blooming just right, even if it’s a little messy.

With love, care, and sweet tea,
TM 💚
